Unless otherwise stated, there are no shipping fees for our products. This applys to product(s) sent to the five main centers of Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide. If you want to go to secondary airports like Rural Victoria or NSW it will require an email to us to work it out. Canberra will be at the same free Rate as Sydney.

Our Guarantee
We only send products that are in the very best live condition. This year in Australia we expect virtually no DOA claims from our wholesale clients to whom we ship over 6,000 cartons of live product per year. As an internet buyer you are getting the same quality product. We usually discuss with clients potential shipping problems with a specific fish or invertebrate before we pack a shipment. Problems could be with size, spikey features or other issues.

Security
Our business is only there on return customers. This applies to our Australian wholesale list where we have retained the same clients for, in some cases, eight years. All your order / data / personal and professional information is secure on the site and at our own facilities. We are fully secure for bank and credit card information.

Live Feed

We have very large volumes of live feed during different times of the year.

This ranges from feeder shrimps and prawns to marine cardinals for live feed. Some of this is aquacultured product such as mysid shrimp.

n the new buildings we are outfitting soon we will have dedicated live feed rooms for both internet and Wholesale customers.

Leopard Jawfish
Leopard and Darwin jaw fish have been selling well. Remember they like live fish at times as well and we have sm/md/lg marine cardinals for sale at 90 cents each so don't forget to get some with any order or cleanup crew order you do.

We have good amounts of flag fish for live feed. These are about 1 to 2 cm. We will put these into the main centers for 50 cents each. They are great if you have any sort of predators.

We have glass cardinals in large numbers in again and these are avaliable for 90 cents each delivered to the main centers.
