Unless otherwise stated, there are no shipping fees for our products. This applys to product(s) sent to the five main centers of Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide. If you want to go to secondary airports like Rural Victoria or NSW it will require an email to us to work it out. Canberra will be at the same free Rate as Sydney.

Our Guarantee
We only send products that are in the very best live condition. This year in Australia we expect virtually no DOA claims from our wholesale clients to whom we ship over 6,000 cartons of live product per year. As an internet buyer you are getting the same quality product. We usually discuss with clients potential shipping problems with a specific fish or invertebrate before we pack a shipment. Problems could be with size, spikey features or other issues.

Our business is only there on return customers. This applies to our Australian wholesale list where we have retained the same clients for, in some cases, eight years. All your order / data / personal and professional information is secure on the site and at our own facilities. We are fully secure for bank and credit card information.

We are asked about secondary airports all the time. Below is a list of all the airports we can do in Australia outside the main centers.

The extra costs varies from place to place but about 15 dollars per 20 kg carton will usually do it.

FAQ

The most asked questions are what airports do we send to. If it is an airport that has Quantas planes then we go there.

The main center airports are free freight but to NT, TAS and secondary airports there is a surcharge of between 5 and 15 dollars per 20kg carton.

We just dont do shipments under 190 dollars due to the cost of packing and time spent on assesing an order.

At the moment we also do not get cleaner shrimp.

Only pepermint shrimp from time to time.

Acans--Dont ask about acans if you are an overseas customer due to the fact all our few acans currently go to one main customer in Toronto,NAFB. You would need to contact them if you are in north America at the moment and Amblard if you are in france.
