Unless otherwise stated, there are no shipping fees for our products. This applys to product(s) sent to the five main centers of Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide. If you want to go to secondary airports like Rural Victoria or NSW it will require an email to us to work it out. Canberra will be at the same free Rate as Sydney.

Our Guarantee
We only send products that are in the very best live condition. This year in Australia we expect virtually no DOA claims from our wholesale clients to whom we ship over 6,000 cartons of live product per year. As an internet buyer you are getting the same quality product. We usually discuss with clients potential shipping problems with a specific fish or invertebrate before we pack a shipment. Problems could be with size, spikey features or other issues.

Security
Our business is only there on return customers. This applies to our Australian wholesale list where we have retained the same clients for, in some cases, eight years. All your order / data / personal and professional information is secure on the site and at our own facilities. We are fully secure for bank and credit card information.

We will be running a rewards system for members as well so the sooner you log on the earlier you get the chance to get points for other products.

The new boat has the power and range to gather items from locations that we would normally not get access to because of range and safety.

New Members also note one of the functions of the back room is that it hides products on pages to ordinary customers. For example an ordinary customer that hits the morph section may see 20 products. When a backroomclub member hits the same page he may see 30 items. As time goes on this will expand.

Every day that we dive we come accross unique items from shrimp to garden pieces.

These items in the past just got lost in the shuffle as it were. Now we have a whole section dedicated to these items where those that want these types of items can be assured they are reserved for them and not sent out with major packing orders.

As you may guess there will be a lot of compition for these items so if there is something you want dont hum and har about it, order it.

Where there are competing requests for an item it will be on a first come rule.
